In the same spirt, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) will be offering tickets for just $3.50 to Newark residents for ten of its upcoming shows.

It’s all in honor of Newark Celebration 350, the city’s ongoing yearlong celebration commemorating the 350th anniversary of its founding. The New Jersey Performing Arts Center has announced that a new slate of select shows has been made available for the “NJPAC: $3.50 for 350” program for Newark residents.

A limited number of tickets for select performances will be available for $3.50 at the box office only, starting August 23rd (box office hours: Tuesday through Saturday: Noon to 6pm). Valid ID with proof of Newark residency is required to acquire the tickets, which are limited to two per person for one of the shows on the list.

The offer is valid for the following performances:
