And another one.
Yet another new luxury residential tower is slated to open downtown Newark.
Called “Vibe Newark,” the building is planned for the corner of Halsey and William Streets near Teacher’s Village. The $80 million tower, which will be built specifically with Millennials in mind, will be engineered to foster neighbor interactions, including a pair of restaurants on the ground floor, a coffee bar in the lobby, a rooftop lounge and dedicated parking.
Vibe also touts “resort-style amenities” including a rooftop pool and spa, outdoor dining area with barbecue brills and fire pits, yoga and Pilates studios plus a gym, a game room, a dog run and more.
The project, which is being developed by Fairfield-bsaed Strategic Development Partners, will include 256 apartment units. Stay tuned for more information as the project moves forward.
